3. How do I determine my correct size across your differentbrands?
Given the diverse nature of our brands (from fitted suits to tailored native wear), we provide a specific sizing chart on every product page. We highly recommend consulting these charts, as sizing can vary slightly between LOPA Fashion (Ready-to-Wear) and a highly structured piece from Lopa Prime (Suits).
4. What shipping options are available, and what are theassociated costs?
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. All domestic orders over a certain value qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary by brand and product type:
Ready-to-Wear (LOPA Fashion, Lopa Kids): Typically shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days (Standard).
Tailored/Native Wear (Lopa Prime, Lopa Trybe): These items require additional quality checks and tailoring adjustments, and may
take 7-14 business days.
Bespoke & Bridal: Delivery times are determined during the consultation phase due to the extensive craftsmanship involved.
6. What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Lopaworld proudly ships to select international destinations via premium carriers. International rates and estimated transit times are provided at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for full-price, unworn, and unwashed items (excluding bespoke/custom orders) within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached. Returns for refunds or exchanges must be initiated through our online portal.
Please Note: Due to the personalized nature of the garments, all custom orders from Lopa Prime, Lopa Bridal, and Lopa Next are considered final sale.

Due to the fine fabrics and intricate construction (especially in Lopa Prime suits and Lopa Trybe pieces), most Lopaworld garments require specialized care. We strongly recommend professional dry cleaning only unless otherwise specified on the garment's care label.
